Ever wondered how are we able to be so energetic throughout the whole day?
Want to know from where does that energy come?
Where do we get energy from?
Have you ever wondered why do we feel lazy or sleepy after having a wonderful marriage lunch or dinner? Does energy not come from the food we eat? Do we get energy by sleeping? Does exercise or some physical activity is where our energy comes from?
Many a times even I had this exact same question running through my mind, but now finally I have the answers to them. Make sure to check out this post till the end to unlock the secrets to massive energy.
All of us get our energy through the CELLS in our body. We have more than trillions of cells in our body, but only healthy and active cells can produce energy. Each cell fights everyday with free radicals, bacteria, viruses and many more. So, it’s really important to keep our cells healthy and clean.
What is required to take care of our cells daily?
It’s very important to love your cells, take care of it like a baby, give enough oxygen to it. In order to increase oxygen levels, practicing yoga and pranayama along with these some more physical activities can keep your cells healthy with a higher oxygen level.
Our body requires sufficient amount of water for cells on a consistent basis. If not, then it means we are not keeping our cells active and healthy. Many people do not have the habit of drinking 2.5 to 3 liters of water, and that is harmful and dangerous to our health.
Having food that provides you all the necessary nutrients required for a human body on a daily basis is essential.
We always keep on adding something new to our body but, detoxification is all about removing or taking out all the garbage from our cells. Only if that cleaning process is happening consistently, then our cells can remain healthy.
What should you do next to stay SUPER ENERGETIC?
These are your action steps:
- Start learning some new practices to increase your oxygen levels in the body. E.g., Yoga, Pranayama or doing some breathing exercises.
- Have a good sleep. Drink lots and lots of water.
- Be grateful for all the food you are getting to eat.
Do you agree we are all really privileged to be having food, water, shelter and various other necessities of our life being fulfilled?
We have a beautiful community of Being a Blessing (BAB) where we support people financially, feed them, educate them, so that when their cells are nourished well, they to can live a healthy and happy life.
