Importance Of Good Nutrition For Great Health.

How many of you have seen people suffering today with multiple diseases, due to lack of right nutrition?               

Have you thought about this, that how often do we give good nutrition to our body?                                       The world today is divided into two categories specifically in terms of health.

  1. ILLNESS INDUSTRY
  2. WELLNESS INDUSTRY

In illness industry we treat a disease or a health challenge only after it has come, whereas in the wellness industry we treat the disease much earlier, so that it never comes.

In the illness industry we use medicines, drugs, tablets etc. to cure the disease once it has already come, but in the case of wellness industry we see people doing yoga, working out in gyms, going for brisk walks.

Why do we need go nutrition every single day?

Every single day trillions of cells in our body that requires great nutrition. Sometimes when we get occupied and engrossed into our work, we really make health our last priority. Many a times we thing that the only way to cure a disease is with medicines and tablets. But that is not at all TRUE. Let us understand this with an example, imagine that you have grown a beautiful and greenish tree. Now let’s consider you want to make a tree look better when it is having some rotten fruits on the branches? What do you do?

Let’s say the first method is to throw out the rotten fruits from the tree. The second method could be trying to buy some beautiful looking plastic fruits and attaching it to the tree. The 3rd method could be you trying to use various medicines, chemicals, fertilizers etc. to solve the problem. Do you think this will solve the problem?

Absolutely no, the best way is to put the right nutrition at its earliest stage of growth, which is the right manure, right sunlight and right amount of water. Today you have a choice to either live your life with lots of medicines, amputated body parts, tonics and much more or live a healthy lifestyle with the right nutrition.

How do we maintain the habit of eating nutritious food daily?

You can maintain the consistency of eating nutritious food every single day with the habit of practice, perseverance, patience and you doing it repeatedly no matter what the challenge may be.

There is a famous saying, “If your food is nutritious, then you don’t need any medicine, and if your food isn’t nutritious, then there is no use of having medicines.” If we want our body to be in a peak state, we need to have nutritious food. Along with right nutrition we need to also have right sleep, right water intake, right amount of exercise and also the right environment.
